Yay! We are now officially stepping into the second half of our process and by now I am sure you are seeing some shifts happening inside of your life. Maybe the gap in a few areas is shrinking, and I celebrate that for you!
In a way week five for me is a chance to integrate much of what we have already been through, while discovering a new layer of understanding about the physical embodiment of love and its affects on our cells, our nervous system, and our thinking.
This awareness continues to be a powerful way for me to tune into myself in the daily journey of choosing love over fear. My body informs me of where I am, when I am holding fear, when I am wanting to “run”, when the reactivity mind patterns are emerging that create disconnection and prevent the opening of forgiveness that leads to understanding.
We are stepping into a deeper layer of loving ourselves, and this sometimes requires also the deepest healing of forgiveness.
